How we help the community thrive

Florida, in particular, boasts a population as diverse as its native species, but not everyone can find a place to call home. Veterans and retirees, in addition to first responders and educators, can hang up their capes inside one of our sustainable, affordable homes. We also support educational and arts enrichment programs, recreational amenities as well as investment opportunities.

Helping our environment

DK Consultants of Florida challenges itself to use quality, environmentally friendly products while building attractive affordable housing. This is a commitment that not only benefits the environment, but also financially improves the lives of our residents. Building with quality, sustainable products also reduces long-term maintenance costs as well.

Smart, Sustainable Growth

For too long, builders only focused on the bottom line – often utilizing subpar products to reach the most-basic guidelines and standards geared toward retiring Boomers. That kind of thinking no longer works.

DK Consultants of Florida takes a more holistic approach to building homes. We look beyond the physical structure and into the soul of a community, where families can find safe, affordable, cultural enrichment and green living. DK Consultants looks forward to working with young stewards in our communities to build homes that are more reflective of today’s morally minded investors, thereby creating smart, sustainable growth for future generations.

Consider the following:
  • “Homeownership rates for all age groups were lower in 2017 than in 2006, the year before the Great Recession (2007-2009),” according to the U.S. Census.
  • Homeowners “under age 35 and 35-44 years old had 2017 rates about 7 and 10 percentage points lower than in 2006,” according to the U.S. Census.
The lack of young homeownership often reflects the lack of youthful involvement. DK Consultants of Florida aspires to bring these future young homeowners early in the development process so that equity exceeds expectations.
